Ingredients

  • 1 small apple, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 ½ cups cold almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh blueberries, or to taste

Steps
