  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons raisins

Steps

  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. Combine milk, chia seeds, sugar to taste, and vanilla in a bowl; let sit for about 10 minutes. Stir, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
  3. Top the chia pudding with coconut and raisins to serve.
