Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
- 2 green onions, sliced, white part only
- 2 fresh jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 (8 ounce) bag fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Greens seasoning, or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese , softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan, plus more for topping
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Heat butter or olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add green onions, jalapenos, and garlic; cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add spinach, greens seasoning, and water. Cook and stir until spinach is wilted, about 3 minutes.
- Stir cream cheese and mayonnaise together in a separate bowl; stir in spinach and Parmesan cheese. Spread evenly into an oven safe dish. Sprinkle with a little Parmesan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until hot and bubbly, 20 to 30 minutes.
