Ingredients
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup seltzer water
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon SEASONING (see Variations below)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups VEGETABLES ( (see Variations below))
- 1/2 cup purchased DIPPING SAUCE (see Variations below)
Steps
- Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Beat egg whites in a bowl until frothy. Whisk in seltzer wateruntil combined. Whisk in flour, SEASONING, salt, and pepper until batter forms.
- Coat basket with cooking spray. Dip VEGETABLES into batter until coated; allow excess to drip off. Working in batches if needed, arrange vegetables in an even layer in basket. Cook until golden brown, about 7 minutes. Serve with DIPPING SAUCE.
